Let’s take Team 2.
They do their Retrospectives where they are adapting of what they’re working on. Their Sprint Review where they can inspect with forces outside the everyday the direction and gain feedback loops but it stops there….
There is no transparency. There is no Daily Standup. No direction of travel. No communicating between team members any potential pitfalls, problems or progress. No one has any idea what is being worked on, who to collaborate with and just stick their heads down.
Team 2 get away with delivering some increments of value some weeks and in others they do no get much done. They are unable to find a way to ease some growing pains they are experiencing.
