After losing momentarily the ability to draw for air for a few days without assistance, I had no idea the implications it would cause.
The State
Not being in control of my breathing completely disrupted my balance. My chi if you will. I became less alert. I forgot things. Mentally I was losing the daily battles.
Days went on as I grew weaker, my strength slowly fading, my legs weaker so walking more than 5 metres was a challenge. Physically there were complications.
Take Control
So only after it was nearly gone as cliché as it is do you realise the ramifications of drawing air. How addicted we are as a species to it. How we take it for granted. Dedicate a few seconds of you day breathing in to every crevice of your body, every corner and expelling as much air as you can.
Your body will thank you for it.
Be Super.
