- Bench

Evening
- Kickbacks
Wednesday
- Deadlifts
- Pull Ups
Evening
- Bent over rows
- T bar rows
- Bicep curls
Thursday
- Overhead Press
- Bicep curls
- Reverse curls
- Skull crushers
- Wrist extensions
- Dips
Evening
- Front Squats
Friday
- Kettle Bell Swings
- Leg raises
- Ab roller
- Squats
- Pull Ups
Saturday
- Agility ladder
- Burpies
- Shadow boxing 2 rounds
- Dips
- Jog
Evening
- Pause benches
Current equipment
Squat rack. Adjustable bench. Pull up and dip bar. Agility ladder. Kettle bells.
Probably will increase intensity but for now this is my home workout in the pandemic.
