All those yearly resolutions. The sacrifice. The planning. The work done. Changes made. Work not done. Habits made or broken. We are halfway through 2017 and at this point it’s good to just reflect on what has happened with some key questions.
- Have I been consistent with what I believe in?
- Am I 50% closer to my yearly goal? (If not why x5)
- What are the 10 things I can do that will get me 1% closer?
- Split them into 2 each month and create a plan for each.
(Remember the smaller the action, the easier to do, always lower the barrier of entry for your goals but not the quality of the results).
