Keeping Fit (Stretch Edition)

Over the years I overlooked the importance of regularly stretching my tired limbs that work for me 24/7 with no pay.

When we are younger our physical activity is through the roof, most the muscles in our body are being used, really demanding tasks day in and day out. As we age the majority lose half if not all of this. The implications are things like (knee problems, back problems, neck problems) which many would put as a correlation to aging which is true in some instances but for most of us it is purely because you are lazy.

A foam roller. 5 minutes and basic stretches every single day twice a day are more than enough to combat the stresses of everyday life. Tight areas like the hamstrings, quads and lower back especially.

Is a great resource for all things fitness.

Not just your mind but work on keeping your body fit, not just through exercise mind you but through stretching and keeping your muscles limber to fight another day.
