Lesson Learned From Being A Dad.
As my puppy who just turned a year old is, below is a representation of my current energy levels.

Full-On
Goes without saying.
There is no off button. A pause. Everything just is and continues. You have to find a way to roll with the punches or the waves just go on without you.
Fun
Watching something literally spawned from a piece of you interact with the world for the first time, learn their fingers, how their voice works and the joy in learning new things really puts things into perspective.
F%^*’n Hard
Everything BUT raising a child is hard. Societal pressures. Changes in habits. Sleep deprivation. Loved ones. All of the intangibles and so much more.
Even with all of these it is still one of the best decisions I have helped make in my entire life.
