When bad things happen to us we tend to take them negatively. This generalised assumption might as well be a prophecy. What can we do to change these things?

Bias

Years of reacting a certain way to events can have a prolonged effect on your psyche and general outlook.

When faced with adversity? Do you ask yourself, how can I get out of this before you ask why am I in this?

Or when tough times inevitably come around do you look for the opportunity to learn something new before you complain about your situation?

Change

The strongest option we have in these situation is managing our perception of the event. A loss unaccounted for, a result not intended, a job loss, all events that can hit particularly harshly on the mind but looking for the learning outcome from each can help you grow tomorrow.

Yes losing a job sucks but now you have been rewarded with the opportunity to go back to the drawing board and find something more fulfilling.

Do not be trapped by the narrative and scenarios we create in our minds. Overcome them. Control them. Best them. Only then can your full potential begin to be realised.

Be Super.
