This actually came about in my thoughts when a friend asked me why I had changed my sleeping habits.

Naturally I sleep early and wake up early. Precisely around 2245 and wake up around 0600. For the past 2 months I have completely changed my schedule.

The only way to know how effective certain techniques are is to try them from both sides of the spectrum.

Be that with sleep, gym, even how you take in information and learn. Give time for testing and trials for new techniques and ideas and you may be shocked by the results.

(P.S. on month 2.5 of late sleeping and it is challenging).
