Here are some small survival tips for the Scrum Masters to be.
- Learning doesn’t stop, no seriously, it doesn’t ever stop
- Very easy to follow the process over helping the team
- Become proficient with Jira (it is kind of industry standards even if you won’t use it)
- You will be wrong, alot
- You’re not an expert, you are just someone who has tools that may be applicable in situations
- Network more than you ever did before, you are not an island
There are many other cool internal learnings but as you know this is all an empirical process and you should enjoy it for yourself!
