There are most definitely benefits to our niggling friend stress but today we will quickly go over what I am currently doing or done to mitigate mine.
- Breathing
- Walking through a park
- Washing dishes
- Changing bed sheets
- Having a bath
- No social media for a day (half for those who aren’t used to being away from the matrix)
- Laying on your back
- Stretching my quads, glutes and lower back
- Calling Mother
- Sunday shopping
- Sleeping after strenuous physical activity
- Planning trips for later in the year
