A friend asked me about this and it gave birth to this post.

There are most definitely benefits to our niggling friend stress but today we will quickly go over what I am currently doing or done to mitigate mine.

  • Breathing
  • Walking through a park
  • Washing dishes
  • Changing bed sheets
  • Having a bath
  • No social media for a day (half for those who aren’t used to being away from the matrix)
  • Laying on your back
  • Stretching my quads, glutes and lower back
  • Calling Mother
  • Sunday shopping
  • Sleeping after strenuous physical activity
  • Planning trips for later in the year
