Four powerful books that have impacted my journey today as a change agent, father and human and have a special place in my heart.

The mindset I have fostered over the years, my ability to persevere going forward would not be in the state it is if it was not for this.

Such a simple concept. Start with why. What speaks to people. A elementary concept in hindsight but with devastating results.

We as humans are a composition of complex things but at our core our experiences, the way our brain interacts with the world and how we respond are all interlinked. Understanding this allows me to live life richer and more full.

A pleasure to call Tobias Mayer a friend, a teacher and my guru. When I started my SM journey and even till this day this is still within close proximity of my person at all times.
