Given or Taken.

Sold or Told.

Making the distinction, identifying what are the critical lessons from a defeat can reveal the true path.

Hubris

Pride. The strength. Our iron. Our innermost character, sometimes steel itself personified can be our restriction. Our cage that inhibits growth.

Losses happen, it’s how we deal with them that shape our progression.

Double Edged Sword

Balance is also required. Blaming yourself over a loss and not acknowledging elements not in your control is just as dangerous as blaming everything else BUT yourself.

This can lead to scenarios that can stunt your growth or close off other potential narratives for yourself. Be wary.

A mixture of both is required and a huge element of being humble to accept it and move forward from it.

Wanting a victory is great but knowing how to navigate yourself in victory and defeat are how you stop yourself from hitting plateaus.

Be Super.
